They have been sealed and varnished, but if left out on a permanent basis it would be beneficial to apply 1 coat of clear Satin or Gloss vanish every 18months - 2 years.
All products have been aged to give an antique effect such as a bottle green marble or old slate finish. Each item is finished individually and shade variations may occur
